APPLE VINEGAR help cure aches and pain: pain in hands, legs, and neck

In an enameled pan, gently heat the cider vinegar (no need to dilute it with water). Take a cloth, soak it in warm vinegar and press it on affected area. In addition, wrap with foil and cover with a soft towel. Leave the compress for 15-20 minutes. After a few hours, repeat the procedure. Do it for 3-4 days. Pain persists for a long time.
