First herbs,
Enlivening herbs - rosemary,thyme,sage.
Relaxing herbs - lavender,camomile.
Soothing herbs - camomile,mint.
Take a half glass of fresh or 2 spoons dried herbs' and flowers as well as 1-2 spoon of oat petals or barley. Put the herb in the middle of a large square piece of gases or muslin. Tie with a piece of cotton string ,so the bag could hang under the tap of the bathtub. Hang and fill up the bathtub with warm water. During the bath you take take out the bag and massage your skin with it,treating it as a gentle detersive centre.
